At Yluzarinsraxylon, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of VitaWell Core. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds.
2. Return Eligibility
You may return products under the following conditions:
- The return request is made within 30 days of the delivery date
- Products are unopened and in their original, sealed packaging
- Products are in resalable condition
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products with broken seals
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
- Products damaged by the customer
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at team@yluzarinsraxylon.world within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Wait for our team to confirm your return request and provide return instructions
- Ship the product back to us using the provided instructions
- Include your order number inside the package
5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:
- The product was damaged during shipping
- You received the wrong product
- The product was defective
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take an additional 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
7. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Products returned in non-original condition due to reasons not attributed to our error
- Products returned after 30 days but within 45 days (subject to a 25% restocking fee)
8. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost
9. Wrong Product Received
If you receive the wrong product:
- Contact us immediately
- Do not open or use the product
- We will provide a prepaid return label and send the correct product
10. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order:
- Within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund
- After 24 hours but before shipping, a processing fee may apply
- Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled; please follow the return process
11. Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please follow the return process for a refund and place a new order.
12. International Orders
For international returns:
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Customer is responsible for any customs fees or duties on returns
- Refunds will be processed in the original currency and amount, minus any applicable fees

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights. Consumers in the European Union and other jurisdictions may have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to our 30-day return policy.

- FTC Mail/Telephone Order Rule: For orders placed by mail, phone, or online, we will ship within the stated time or notify you of delay and offer the option to cancel for a full refund.

- Chargeback Rights: Your payment card issuer may provide dispute resolution rights. This policy does not limit those rights.
